Triangle SOS sponsors an annual conference and supports other community activities that involve comforting those who have suffered a loss of a loved one by suicide or suicide prevention. We rely heavily on personal donations.

You can also donate to Hospice of Wake County which is a tax-deductible organization and indicate that you would like the money to go toward the Triangle SOS (Survivors Of Suicide) group.  The tax ID number for Hospice of Wake County is 56-1228779.

Triangle SOS does not sell or share names of donors with any other organization or agency.

Memorial Gifts

Triangle SOS accepts Memorial Gifts and gifts in honor of friends and family. We will send a card acknowledging your gift to the appropriate person. Please include the name and address of the designated person.

For Memorial Gifts, provide send the following information:

• Amount
• Name of donor
• Address of donor
• Phone number(s) of donor
• Name of the deceased
• Relationship to donor
• Relationship to person notified of gift
• Person notified: Name, Address
