Attention Survivors – If you are well enough to talk about your experience and be on the panel this year, contact Bernie (indicate your loss: child, spouse, …) at BernsteinLCSW@gmail.com. You will be rehearsed for this presentation.
There are over 1 million deaths by suicide each year in the world. Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the Unuted States. Almost 38,000 suicide deaths occur each year, almost 104 lives each day are lost, 1 death every 13 minutes. This tragically effects so many people who have lost a loved one by suicide. Triangle SOS supports families, friends, and providers who have suffered the loss of someone by suicide. We offer comfort, sympathy and encouragement through support group meetings, outreach, presentations and more
